Warner House is a true icon in its industry, with a rich heritage spanning more than two centuries that has seen it become one of the greatest names in British textiles. Over the years, it has supplied Neo-Classical style silk to The White House, textiles for Coronations, and countless renowned retailers including Fortnum and Mason – with a reputation for quality, innovation and outstanding service.
Unfortunately, Warner Fabrics weren’t receiving this level of service from their previous agency and were persisting with an online store that had poor quality code causing numerous bugs and lots of technical debt.

When we began working with Warner House, the first priority was to remove technical debt. When left uncontrolled, this often leads to a site that’s difficult to maintain, has numerous bugs, and which limits long-term business agility.
That’s exactly what Warner House was experienced – not helped by a previous agency with poor communication.
To this end, our team set to work improving the codebase, fixing bugs and cleaning up the site to perform better. Another key priority was improving CMS features to make the site easier to manage for in-house teams.
