PPC Account Executive
Hybrid – Manchester (M2) & WFH
The role
As a PPC Account Executive at Aware Digital, you’ll be assisting with the management of PPC campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and Pinterest.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad mix of clients to understand their requirements and support our team in delivering great results. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities for training and development.
We’re a small team that prides itself on transparency, integrity and honesty. So whilst you’ll receive all the support you need to make this a success, you will need to be comfortable working under your own initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of key PPC accounts, ensuring that the overall budgets and objectives are being adhered to
- Carry out keyword research, ad optimisation, A/B testing and other essential paid media tasks
- Assist with technical PPC audits and performance reporting
- Meticulously manage budgets and forecasts for our client’s advertising spend
- Attend client calls and meetings where required
- Assist with our marketing efforts, contributing to blog posts, events and proactively look out for new opportunities
- Contribute to client reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring that strategies remain relevant and competitive
Who we’re looking for
1-2 years experience in an agency or client-facing role focusing on PPC or paid media acquisition
Good knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Good communication skills with internal and external teams
A solid understanding of PPC and a broader understanding of common digital marketing strategies and best practice
Relevant certifications such as Google, Microsoft, Meta Blueprint are desired, but we’ll support you through these if you haven’t attained them yet
Ecommerce or Magento / Adobe Commerce experience is highly desired

- We work on a flexible, hybrid model to support you where you work best. Ideally this would include 2-3 days a week from our central Manchester (M2) office, as well as WFH and occasional travel to our HQ in Stoke-on-Trent (J15).
